SABOR LA will be located at LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes. LA Plaza is a community hub where people gather to celebrate Latinx culture through transformative exhibitions, music, dance, culinary arts, and multigenerational artmaking and storytelling experiences. Housed in two historic buildings (https://lapca.org/the-restoration-of-our-buildings/)in downtown Los Angeles, LA Plaza is adjacent to Olvera Street at El Pueblo de Los Angeles.(https://elpueblo.lacity.org/) The main campus (https://lapca.org/our-campus/)includes a museum, a 30,000-square-foot outdoor space with a performance stage.
VIP+ ticket holders get a special early admittance to the event starting at 1 pm in order to take part in the SABOR Tasting Sessions. VIP ticket holders will be allowed to enter at 3 pm, and General Admission ticket holders may enter at 5 pm. It's important to note that the event's official hours are from 3 pm to 9:00 pm. The last drinks will be poured until last call at 8:30 pm to ensure that everyone has had plenty of time to enjoy the . At SABOR LA, we encourage semi-formal or cocktail attire for this event. Please be advised that persons wearing the following will not be allowed entry:
* Shorts
* Tank-tops

We understand the desire to bring personal bottles for signing, but due to our security policy, we cannot allow outside bottles into the venue. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to fully enjoy the vibrant flavors and rich culture of Mexico that our events celebrate.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask guests to refrain from bringing the following items to SABOR LA: large purses or bags (small clutches are fine), outside food or beverages, drugs, weapons, knives, ice chests, or coolers. Public parking is available at various locations around the event for the convenience of our guests.
We at SABOR highly encourage the use of ride share services, especially for our event where alcoholic beverages will be served. This not only ensures the safety of all attendees but also helps reduce the environmental impact of individual transportation. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our visitors, and we appreciate your cooperation in making responsible transportation choices.
At SABOR, we prioritize the safety and comfort of all our guests. To ensure a secure and enjoyable experience, we have implemented a strict bag policy to be allowed into the venue:

SABOR LA is an adults-only event, exclusively for guests aged 21 and over. Please bring a valid ID or driver’s license for entry, as we cannot admit anyone without proper identification. We aim to create a vibrant atmosphere tailored for adult entertainment, cultural experiences, and socializing. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain this unique ambiance.
No, according to our policy, pets are not allowed inside SABOR events. However, we do welcome service animals that are trained to assist individuals with disabilities. We ask that service animals be properly harnessed or leashed while on our premises to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. Any service animal that causes any attendees to become uncomfortable or disrupts the event will be removed from the event. Also, emotional support animals will not be allowed entry due to health and safety reasons. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a welcoming environment for all our patrons.

We believe food and drinks are essential to immersing yourself in culture, so we’ve curated a variety of food vendors offering delicious meals, additional drinks, and desserts for purchase. Enjoy the rich flavors and traditions that make our festival unforgettable.
SABOR LA is a cashless event, meaning that all transactions with vendors must be conducted through debit or credit cards, mobile payment options, or pre-purchased event cards. This cashless system allows for a more efficient and secure transaction process, as well as reducing wait times at vendor booths. We encourage all attendees to come prepared with their preferred method of electronic payment to fully enjoy the diverse products for sale at SABOR LA.
